Someone in Western New York is now $1 million dollars richer after last night’s Powerball drawing. The New York State Lottery announced that one 2nd-place winning ticket from Monday’s Powerball drawing was sold at the 7-11 on Niagara Falls Blvd in Niagara Falls.
