BUFFALO, NY — A Falconer man convicted of aiding and abetting a kidnapping in a cold case murder was sentenced to 20 years in prison.
Anthony Neubauer, 39, of Falconer, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Elizabeth A. Wolford, U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced.
Assistant U.S. Attorneys Michael J. Adler and Timothy C. Lynch, who handled the case, stated that on May 27, 2014, Neubauer and Matthew Rudy kidnapped Joseph Anthony and then traveled from Jamestown to Rudy’s property in Pennsylvania…
