BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Tops Markets has stepped up its grocery game in the city of Tonawanda, taking the wraps off its newly remodeled store on Wednesday.
Store employees cut the ribbon for the ceremonial reopening at the Tops on Young Street, saying the market’s new decor is more than a fresh look.
