BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Despite gloomy skies in the forecast, runners in South Buffalo got into the St. Patrick’s Day spirit Saturday at the annual Shamrock Run.
Returning for its 48th year, the race gave runners a tour through parts of the Old First Ward, Larkinville and downtown Buffalo. The celebration continued with an afterparty following the race, featuring beer, hot dogs and corned beef sandwiches.
