BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Buffalo man has been arrested and charged after two police officers were injured during a response to a recent mental health crisis call.
Buffalo Police on Wednesday said that Kyle Vargo, 32, has been charged with two felony counts of assault; one misdemeanor count of obstructing governmental administration; and one misdemeanor count of resisting arrest.
