BUFFALO, N.Y. — Two fire alarms were called for a possible fire at the Pine Harbor Apartments on 7th street Tuesday night.
Fire crews throughout the city were called to the apartment complex at around 10:00 p.m., the incident was escalated to a second alarm when firefighters found heavy smoke on the fourth, fifth, and sixth floors.
