BUFFALO, N.Y. — The City of Buffalo has begun making major infrastructure upgrades to Abbott Road.
The city says the project will improve safety and roadway conditions along Abbott Road with:
- New waterlines and drainage infrastructure
- New roundabout at Potters Road and Warren Spahn Way
- Traffic signal upgrades
- New Street lighting
- New curbs and sidewalks
- Road resurfacing and paving
Initial construction includes the installation of waterline and drainage structures, mobile work zones along the corridor and parking lane closures. Most work will take place south of Tuscarora Road.
