TONAWANDA, N.Y. — A Tonawanda woman has been arrested in connection with an apartment building fire on March 14.
Bianca M. Guerra, 26, has been charged with Arson in the 2nd Degree, Arson in the 3rd Degree, Criminal Mischief in the 2nd Degree, and Reckless Endangerment in the 2nd Degree. She was arraigned on March 15 and remanded with bail to the Erie County Holding Center.
According to the City of Tonawanda Police Department, around 10:30 p.m., crews were dispatched to an apartment building on Young Street in Tonawanda at around 10:30 p.m. for reports of an active structure fire. When firefighters arrived at the scene, heavy fire was found in a first-floor apartment towards the back of the building, the fire also spread to an upper apartment and the attic of the structure…
