BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Lancaster residents are voicing concerns that their property taxes could increase after learning about the town’s reassessment project.
The town said the last assessment was completed in 2020, and the current equalization rate is 64 percent of full market value. The project would reassess the property at 100 percent.
