BUFFALO, N.Y. — Residents of the Buffalo Municipal Housing Authority are voicing frustration over what they say are years of unsafe and unsanitary living conditions.
“Don’t let us keep living in rat holes because that’s what they got us living in, a rat hole,” said Michael Hill, a BMHA resident.
