BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Erie County District Attorney’s Office announced Wednesday a Buffalo man has been found guilty of possessing an illegal gun.
Eric D. Hawkins, 40, has been found guilty of one count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd Degree, a Class C violent felony. The DA’s Office says the jury rendered its decision on Tuesday following a three-day trial.
