TONAWANDA, N.Y. — The City of Tonawanda Fire Department was called out again for another fire.
Firefighters were called to 33 Hill Place at 1:38 p.m. Wednesday, following a report of “heavy fire conditions and a downed power line arcing in the street,” the fire department said.
Initial reports said three people were still inside the home. Two teenagers were trapped on a porch roof; they were rescued with the use of ladder and brought to safety. The third person managed to escape on her own and was later found down the street…
