Buffalo Erie Niagara Land Improvement Corporation’s infill housing initiative is moving into the next stage as work has begun on 25 modular homes. The $24.5 million housing project is funded jointly through American Rescue Plan dollars from the City and County. All properties will be reserved for income-qualified buyers, with a purchase subsidy to assist families achieve new home-ownership opportunities.
