Buffalo man pleads guilty in postal carrier assault

A Buffalo man has pleaded guilty to assaulting a postal worker during an attack last year.

Jacob D. Ortiz, 34, entered the plea to assaulting a federal employee resulting in bodily injury, a charge that carries up to 20 years in prison.
