BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Buffalo man is facing charges for allegedly assaulting a nine-year-old child.
Robert Testa, 49, is charged with Assault in the Second Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Harassment in the Second Degree.
Buffalo Police were called on March 25 to an address where a witness told them a male had dropped off an injured nine-year-old boy.
