BUFFALO, N.Y. — After a deadly crash on the Kensington Expressway, Route 33, Buffalo Police are stepping up enforcement amid ongoing concerns about speeding and street racing.
Interim Police Commissioner Craig Macy says the problem has reached a critical point.
