KENMORE, N.Y. — The American Red Cross is helping two families who have been displaced following a house fire in Kenmore.
The fire broke out Sunday in the rear of a home on Nassau Street near Colvin Boulevard. Everyone inside the home evacuated safely, though one firefighter was taken to a hospital for evaluation.
The Kenmore fire chief said crews confirmed that everyone inside made it out without injury. Two dogs were also safely removed from the home, but a search continues for several cats…
