BUFFALO, N.Y. — Sources confirm that the city of Buffalo Fleet Manager has been terminated by the Ryan administration.
James Cross was hired in 2023 after the deadly Christmas Blizzard of 2022, after the Common Council pushed the Brown administration to hire a designated fleet manager.
