BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A massive data center planned for the town of Alabama in Genesee County is getting significant local pushback — and the company behind the multibillion-dollar center is defending the project.
Leaders with Stream Data Centers said in an interview with WIVB News 4 Monday afternoon that data centers are the infrastructure that the modern economy is being built on. They also said that a big focus with this center is limiting environmental impact.
