CRESSON, Pa. – Hilbert Women’s Lacrosse opened AMCC play on Saturday afternoon with a 19-2 loss at Mount Aloysius.
The Hawks (1-6, 0-1 AMCC) struck early in the first quarter, as Sam Accurso netted an unassisted goal to tie the game at 1-1. However, Mount Aloysius (3-4-1, 1-0 AMCC) responded with three late goals in the opening frame and carried that momentum throughout the contest.
