TOWN OF TONAWANDA, N.Y. — A serious crash near in the Town of Tonawanda closed a portion of Elmwood Avenue and caused a power outage.
The crash was reported around 4:30 p.m. Friday, according to NITTEC. It led to the closure of northbound and southbound lanes on Elmwood Avenue, between Waverly and Ferndale avenues.
