BUFFALO, N.Y. — Two years ago today, the body of 12-year-old Jaylen Griffin was found in the attic of a South Buffalo home, nearly four years after he vanished. His murder remains unsolved, and the people fighting for justice say it’s time to turn up the pressure.
Griffin was last seen in August of 2020, leaving a store near his home on Broadway. For nearly four years, his family and community searched for him.
On April 12, 2024, his body was found in a house on Sheffield Avenue, nearly five miles from his home. Buffalo Police confirmed he died from a stabbing. He was 12 years old at the time of his disappearance…
