BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Just Salad, a popular chain restaurant known for its to-go salad bowls, is making its debut in Western New York.
Just Salad is set to open on Transit Road, serving customers daily from 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. The East Amherst location will host a grand opening on April 15, featuring several opening day promotions.
With every in-store purchase on Wednesday, Just Salad will donate $1 to the local nonprofit Grassroots Gardens WNY. From Thursday though Saturday, the restaurant will offer a salad, wrap, warm bowl or market plate for $5 throughout the day…
