BUFFALO, N.Y. — Buffalo’s Common Council has officially received Mayor Sean Ryan’s proposed budget for the 2026–2027 fiscal year.
The $681 million spending plan aims to address what the Ryan Administration describes as a $109 million budget gap and a long-standing financial crisis in the city.
