Restoration work at 884 Main Street continues with exterior re-painting underway. Michael Lignos of MTL Contracting Company is renovating the charming building into a mix of commercial space and four apartments, two each on the second and third floors. See backstory here.
The three-story, circa 1883 brick mansion is located in the Allentown Historic Preservation District at the edge of the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus. It has 6,824 sq.ft. of space and was the long-time home of popular bar Roxy’s.
