BUFFALO, N.Y. — Traffic is moving smoothly along the Skyway one day after a semi-truck overturned on the ramp connecting to the 190 North.
Speed was the one word that came to mind for New York State Trooper Public Information officer James O’Callaghan and Stevens truck driving school executive director Andrew Streit when they saw the images of the truck overturned on the skyway.
