BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — The Erie County Auto Bureau opened its Northtowns Outreach Center on Monday at the Eastern Hills Mall.
The new location expands access to services, including U.S. passport applications, DMV-related questions, and veteran enrollment in the “Thank a Vet” discount card program.
