BUFFALO, N.Y. — Richard Teplitsky has been charged with mail and wire fraud in connection to an alleged Ponzi scheme at Woodhill Capital in Williamsville.
Teplitsky appeared in Federal Court Tuesday afternoon for his arraignment in front of Judge Michael Roemer.
