An Elmira man has been charged with several felonies in connection with the fatal shooting of a Buffalo man last September.
Amir Williams, 19, was arraigned in state Supreme Court on Tuesday, May 13 following his indictment on two counts of second-degree murder and other charges, according to the Erie County District Attorney’s Office.
