NIAGARA, N.Y. — A man was arrested Tuesday in connection to an investigation into an alleged sex offense involving a 17-year-old victim in the Town of Niagara.
Michael C. Guerra, 21, has been charged with forcible touching, unlawfully dealing with a child, sexual abuse, and harassment, according to the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office.
