ALBANY, N.Y. — New York State Police announced that 11 troopers have been honored as top arresting officers for DWI, including one stationed in Buffalo.
The organization announced that Trooper Robert P. Stawicki received a Recognition of Excellence Award by the State Police for his dedication to enforcing DWI laws.
The award, which was presented to him at the State Police’s 2026 NYS Law Enforcement Recognition Event, was given to troopers who showed “outstanding dedication to DWI enforcement, prosecution, and education in New York State.”…
