Town of Tonawanda man accused of killing his wife

TOWN OF TONAWANDA, N.Y. — A Town of Tonawanda man has been charged with murder after police say he allegedly killed his wife.

According to the Town of Tonawanda Police Department, on May 16, around 2:50 a.m., officers were called to a home on Cleveland Dr. for a first aid call. When officers arrived to the house, they say they found Tiffany L. Malvaso, 51, dead from apparent blunt force trauma.

Police say her husband, Nicholas M. Malvaso, 36, has been charged with Murder in the 2nd Degree in connection with her death. He is currently being held at the Erie County Holding Center without bail. He is due back in court for a felony hearing on Thursday, May 21 in the Town of Tonawanda. He faces a maximum of 25 years to life in prison if convicted…
