BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Buffalo couple pleaded guilty to a manslaughter charge for causing the death of their two-month-old baby due to reckless neglect, the Erie County District Attorney’s Office announced Monday.
On July 7, 2023, paramedics responded to a 911 call for an unresponsive child at an apartment on the 2000 block of William Street in Cheektowaga. The victim, two-and-a-half-month-old Londyn Gonzalez, was transported to the former Oishei Children’s Hospital, where she was pronounced deceased.
