NYSEG correcting customer bills after temperature data error found

BUFFALO, N.Y. — Last month, 2 On Your Side brought a question recently to NYSEG about one of the indicators on their mailed out billing statement.

In one section of the bill, under “Electricity Daily Average Comparisons,” customers are shown temperature data.
