A late-night incident involving an Amtrak passenger train claimed the life of a Town of Tonawanda man on Wednesday, May May 13th, prompting an active investigation by local authorities.
According to the Town of Tonawanda Police Department, officers were dispatched at approximately 10:38pm after receiving reports of a pedestrian being struck by a train near Sheridan Drive.
