POLICE AUDIO CAN BE FOUND AT THE END OF THIS ARTICLE: Law enforcement received a call around 7:53am on May 21st after reports of a home invasion with an assault in Packard Court on Pine Avenue in Niagara Falls.
The 911 caller and victim told police that a male, identified during the call as James Leonard, entered her apartment through a window unit and attacked her. She attempted to fight him off but sustained injuries during the struggle. He fled the scene before law enforcement was called.
Police and responded to the scene. It is unknown if the male was located and arrested. No further information is available at this time…
