BUFFALO, N.Y. — A new pizzeria is preparing to open in downtown Buffalo, with Old City Pizza scheduled to open its doors next Friday inside the basement of Pearl Street Grill & Brewery.
The new restaurant will specialize in Neapolitan-style pizzas and will also offer homemade pasta, Italian sandwiches, and salads. Meals will be prepared in an open kitchen centered around a large brick oven, which will be a key feature of the new dining space.
