BUFFALO, N.Y. — The SPCA Serving Erie County is waiving adoption fees on most animals through the rest of May for veterans and individuals on active duty or reserves.
According to the SPCA, Vets & Pets begins Saturday, May 23 through Saturday, May 30. Adoption hours are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Potential adoptions need to be started at least an hour before closing…
