A Cape Coral man has a new warrant out for his arrest after he was accused of violating the terms of his probation, according to Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers.
Crime Stoppers says Juan Falcon, 38, was initially arrested after he was pulled over by officers for a traffic stop. Officers said he was driving erratically and swerving across lanes.
During the stop, officers said Falcon was skittish and could not provide a driver’s license. When he was asked to get out of the car, Falcon did so with a baggie that he refused to let go of, clutched in his hand, Crime Stoppers says…
