PUNTA GORDA — While city officials moved forward this week in an attempt to designate Punta Gorda’s waterfront parks as historic, they also disscussed designations for private property in the city’s historic neighborhoods.
The Punta Gorda City Council met in joint session recently with its Historic Preservation Advisory Board. The designation of historic and neighborhood conservation districts was part of the discussion.
