Cape Coral City Councilwoman Rachel Kaduk will have more time to prepare for her DUI trial after it was delayed again.
Police stopped Kaduk after a witness reported that she was driving recklessly on her way home from Oak and Stone for nearly 20 minutes, nearly hitting several cars in December 2025.
