Fort Myers land sells for $20 million, 515 houses to be built

Lennar has bought 109 acres in Fort Myers, where it plans to build a new community with 515 houses.

The property is at the intersection of Littleton Road, U.S. Highway 41 and N. Tamiami Trail. The homebuilder paid $20.08 million for it.
