Lee Health’s dispute with UnitedHealthcare is reading differently.

In its official notice to patients and in a guest commentary published in the North Fort Myers Neighbor, Lee Health — the largest hospital and physician network in Southwest Florida — said it “does not currently see a path forward to restoring the relationship.” Not “we hope to resolve this.” Not “negotiations are ongoing.” No path forward…
