CAPE CORAL, Fla. —
A man accused of loitering and prowling near a home was arrested by officers with the Cape Coral Police Department after the owners of the home say they noticed him on their Ring camera.
According to an arrest report, officers received a call on Sept. 3 in reference to a suspicious person standing at the front door of a home on the 1700 block of Southeast 40th Terrace. The homeowner, who was out of state, told officers that he began speaking with the man via the camera. The man told the homeowner that he was there to “pick someone up.”…
