The sentencing of Anastasiya Zadorozhna, convicted of vehicular homicide in Cape Coral, was delayed Monday in Lee County after new information revealed her co-defendant, Chase Magruder, may have lied in court.
“This was new information; apparently, the judge went back and listened to or looked at the record of the sentencing of the codefendant, Mr. Magruder, and learned that Mr. Magruder had actually lied on the stand,” said Rene Suarez, Zadorozhna’s defense attorney…
