CAPE CORAL, Fla. – Video shows a man gripping the hood of a moving car at a busy Cape Coral intersection. The person who took the video does not wish to be named. They said it happened around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Circle K gas station near the intersection of Del Prado Boulevard and Hancock Bridge Parkway.
