FLORIDA, USA – Shortly before Hurricane Milton made landfall in Florida, a lineman from Connecticut captured video while driving through a storm in the state. A viewer said his son, a lineman from IBEW Local 42, was driving from Fort Myers, Fla. to Tampa, Fla. with a crew around 7 p.m. when they encountered severe winds.
