CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (WWSB) – A Port Charlotte woman is in jail after deputies she assaulted a man who was under her care. Deputies were called out to a home on Warren Avenue for reports of a domestic violence incident. Officials say De’yeanna Stultz provided a false name to deputies initially. Stultz was the primary caregiver for her boyfriend and she denied that anything had happened.
