GreenPointe Holdings recently gathered with its development team, which includes Barraco and Associates (civil design engineering), Lee Mar Building and Construction (civil and site work) and Gulf Coast Utility Contractors (underground utilities), to commemorate the groundbreaking of Charlotte County’s new community.
