County Commission wants public access agreement with Sunseeker

CHARLOTTE HARBOR — Charlotte County officials want more communication with Sunseeker Resort for public access to the boardwalk area from the Bayshore Live Oak Park side of the facility.

For weeks, a gateway was closed near the boardwalk, blocking public access to the county’s 90-foot easement.
